PEDIGREE PURE

On 22.3.2005 in the gallery "Forward!" in Berlin my mother cooked a dinner for the guests of the gallery.

Cook recipes:

500 g. Eggplant, peeled and sliced
2 onions, finely chopped ,
3 tablespoons oil,
parsley, chopped,
pepper and salt to taste,
black olives to garnish,
3 tablespoon red pepper paste.
1 or 2 of canned dog food "Rinti" or "Pedigree", of chicken or beef flavor.

Heat the oil in a large saucepan or wok. Cook onion and eggplant over low heat for fifteen minutes. Add red pepper paste, half of parsley. Add dog food and cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Garnish with black olives and remaining parsley.
